24548 Katieeverett

24548 Katieeverett (provisional designation: 2001 DW42) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by the Lincoln Near-Earth Asteroid Research project in Socorro, New Mexico, on February 19, 2001. It is named after Katie Elizabeth Everett, an American high school student whose medicine and health sciences project won first place at the 2008 Intel International Science and Engineering Fair.
